Identity and role
FAEDA must know whether this is an individual rider, shop staff, loader, fleet, truck owner, or logistics company.
Logistics carrier registry
FAEDA needs riders, loaders, vans, trucks, cold chain, factory fleets, and 3PL carriers. This registry is eligibility only: it does not create dispatch, pickup, GRN, payment, or settlement.

Pakistan reality
A bike rider can serve a family order. A loader can move bazar crates. A Suzuki can restock shops. A truck moves bulk. A tanker or cold chain needs special proof. FAEDA must match by cargo, route, risk, and evidence.
Registration packet
FAEDA must know whether this is an individual rider, shop staff, loader, fleet, truck owner, or logistics company.
Matching depends on weight, size, product type, route, and proof requirements.
Pakistan movement is very local: lane width, bazar rush, farm access, and truck entry matter.
Rates are visible for review, but settlement stays partner/accounting gated.
A carrier cannot be assigned to a proof-heavy lane if they cannot capture the required evidence.
FAEDA must block unsafe cargo-carrier combinations before dispatch.

Hard safety rules
Carrier registry creates eligibility only. It must not create dispatch, pickup, delivery, GRN, invoice, payment, ledger, payout, or settlement.
A small rider can deliver customer items but must not move bulk factory raw material.
Cold goods require cold-chain proof or must be blocked for review.
Chemical, tanker, and regulated cargo require specialist carrier proof before assignment.
Farm direct pickup must capture source, weight, grade, and pickup evidence before retailer or wholesaler receiving.
Shop restock movement must not mutate inventory until receiving/GRN approval.
Carrier contact and customer contact remain masked unless the approved workflow releases them.
Rate cards are planning evidence only until buyer/finance approval.
Next build signal
The registry and booking chain now reach carrier selection decision. The next runtime steps are assignment draft, assignment approval, and dispatch without skipping proof.
