10Cold, medicine, chemical, high-value, night, and intercity risks must be compatible.

Runtime locks
Matching cannot move goods or money.
Matching suggestion is not a booking.
No carrier is assigned until logistics booking gate approves the movement.
No driver, customer, seller, supplier, or manufacturer contact is released from matching.
No pickup, dispatch, route tracking, GRN, inventory, invoice, payment, ledger, payout, or settlement is created.
Low-score or risky matches must be held for human review before booking.
