Business Pro Phase 267

Supplier Role Boundary QA Gate

A person or business may claim they supply raw material, packaging, machinery, spare parts, chemicals, fabric, food inputs, farm inputs, or services, but FAEDA must not treat that as verified supply truth. Supplier power begins only after source verification, material identity checks, compliance review, RFQ gates, purchase gates, dispatch gates, and payment partner controls pass.

Phase rule

Supplier is source intent, not supply approval

Phase 267 designs the supplier role boundary QA gate only. It records whether a future FAEDA supplier route clearly separates supplier interest, verified supplier status, raw-material catalog, importer/distributor claims, stock availability, MOQ, RFQ receiving, quote submission, purchase intent, PO acknowledgement, dispatch readiness, invoice intake, settlement, and Business Pro access. It does not create a supplier profile, approve a supplier, publish a material catalog, receive RFQs, submit quotes, accept purchase intents, acknowledge POs, dispatch goods, upload invoices, activate ledger/payment, or claim supplier runtime readiness. No real contact, CRM task, account creation, onboarding approval, listing activation, order, payment, wallet, commission, ledger, export, or partner sync is created in this phase.

Verify raw material/SKU/grade/MOQ/pricing/availability is draft, pending, demo-only, or unavailable unless later catalog gates approve it.

No catalog publication.

Review outcome

RFQ or quote path appears

Record whether RFQ receiving, quote submission, negotiation, purchase intent, PO, and counter/revision actions are clearly disabled.

No RFQ/quote action.

Review outcome

Dispatch, invoice, or settlement appears

Route to logistics/payment/accounting review copy.

Supplier proof

What supplier boundary QA must capture

Evidence chain

The supplier-boundary packet must reference Phase 266 shopkeeper boundary, Phase 265 customer boundary, and Phase 264 role-routing evidence before supplier power is considered.

Role state

The route must distinguish public visitor, supplier interest, supplier claimant, pending supplier, verified supplier, approved source, and Business Pro supplier.

Source boundary

A phone number, referral, warehouse photo, visiting card, shipment photo, invoice image, or FAEDA Team note must not become source verification by itself.

Material boundary

Material name, grade, lot, origin, MOQ, price, stock, lead time, and substitute items must remain draft/pending until product data and source gates approve them.

Importer/distributor boundary

Import, agency, dealership, mill gate, mandi, wholesaler, stockist, and depot claims require evidence later and must not appear verified here.

RFQ boundary

RFQ receive, quote submit, counter offer, purchase intent, PO acknowledgement, and revision actions must not activate from the role route.

Dispatch boundary

Ready stock, packing, pickup, challan, transport booking, GRN, shortage, damage, and return flows require later logistics and goods-receipt gates.

Settlement boundary

Supplier invoice, payable, 3-way match, partner payment, holds, disputes, payout, ledger posting, and tax documents must remain accounting/payment gated.

Supplier controls

How the supplier role stays safe

1Supplier role QA must not click supplier dashboard, claim source, upload compliance proof, publish material catalog, receive RFQ, submit quote, counter offer, accept purchase intent, acknowledge PO, confirm readiness, dispatch goods, upload invoice, or request settlement controls.
2Supplier route must not treat customer verification, shopkeeper verification, phone verification, FAEDA Team notes, public lead interest, referral code, warehouse photo, or sample photo as verified supplier status.
3Raw material catalog, grade, quality certificates, origin, lot, MOQ, price, lead time, available stock, substitute items, and delivery terms must stay draft, pending, demo-only, or unavailable until later gates approve them.
4RFQ, quotation, negotiation, purchase intent, purchase order, PO acknowledgement, and counter/revision paths must not display real commitments or claim commercial truth here.
5Supplier dispatch, transport, packing, challan, GRN, shortage, damage, return, and inspection views must not imply stock movement or inventory truth.
6Settlement views must not imply FAEDA wallet ownership, licensed payment execution, payable approval, 3-way match success, partner payout, tax approval, or available supplier balance.
7Supplier surfaces must not expose manufacturer costs, buyer private terms, shop settlement, customer data, rider earnings, admin comments, private verification notes, fraud flags, or protected source intelligence.
8Safe supplier routing does not prove supplier verification, product source truth, catalog publication, RFQ runtime, quote runtime, purchase runtime, dispatch runtime, invoice runtime, settlement runtime, or public upload readiness.

Blocked automation

What this phase must not create

1Auto click supplier dashboard, claim supplier, verify source, upload document, upload certificate, publish material catalog, add material, add stock, add MOQ, add price, receive RFQ, submit quote, counter offer, accept purchase intent, acknowledge PO, confirm dispatch readiness, upload invoice, request settlement, request payout, support, or Business Pro controls
2Auto create supplier account, supplier profile, source claim, source verification, material catalog, material listing, stock availability, RFQ intake, quote, counter quote, purchase intent, PO acknowledgement, dispatch readiness, challan, invoice, payable, settlement record, payout record, notification preference, or support record
3Auto fetch, view, export, copy, mutate, submit, approve, reject, publish, dispatch, pay, refund, settle, notify, message, call, or sync any supplier-private, source-private, owner-private, buyer-private, manufacturer-private, material-private, pricing-private, RFQ-private, order-private, invoice-private, settlement-private, fraud-private, support-private, or location-private record
4Auto open supplier dashboard, source verification, raw material catalog, RFQ inbox, quote desk, purchase intent, purchase order, dispatch readiness, invoice intake, supplier ledger, supplier settlement, manufacturer, wholesaler, shopkeeper, rider, FAEDA Team, partner, founder, admin, finance, evidence, or operations dashboards
5Auto enable public supplier listing, raw-material catalog publication, RFQ receiving, quote submission, purchase commitment, PO acknowledgement, dispatch confirmation, transport booking, GRN, inventory movement, invoice approval, ledger posting, partner payment, wallet balance display, payout, refund, complaint, notification, staff access, or Business Pro subscription
6Auto claim supplier role visibility means supplier verification works, source truth works, raw material catalog works, RFQ works, quotes work, purchase intent works, PO acknowledgement works, dispatch works, invoice works, settlement works, payout works, or launch is ready
7Auto store personal phone, personal email, CNIC, precise location, warehouse address, supplier documents, importer documents, certificates, bank data, wallet data, payment method, buyer private data, manufacturer private data, material cost, quote data, invoice data, support issue, notification content, session IDs, cookies, tokens, device IDs, provider identifiers, or billing details
8Auto erase supplier-leakage, supplier-auto-approval, source-claim-leakage, material-publication-claim, RFQ-claim, quote-claim, purchase-claim, PO-claim, dispatch-claim, invoice-claim, settlement-claim, business-route-leakage, admin-route-leakage, fake-demo-data, or private-data evidence after a later pass
