Business Pro Phase 252

Store Review Status Monitoring Gate

After a manual submission attempt, FAEDA needs a calm review board that separates store-console status from public-launch truth. In review, rejected, approved, and published are evidence states that must be checked, timestamped, and routed without turning into unsafe runtime activation.

Phase rule

Status monitoring is not launch permission

Phase 252 designs the store review status monitoring gate only. It watches and records safe status changes after the Phase 251 submission evidence packet: submitted, in review, rejected, changes required, approved, published, paused, or unknown. It does not log in to any store console, call store APIs, scrape private dashboards, publish releases, roll out builds, notify public users, enable accounts, enable orders, process payments, or claim that FAEDA is publicly available. No real contact, CRM task, account creation, onboarding approval, listing activation, order, payment, wallet, commission, ledger, export, or partner sync is created in this phase.

Review outcome

Record in-review status

Capture safe status label, timestamp, track, and package version as pending review evidence.

No public launch claim.

Review outcome

Detect changes required

Route the package to Phase 253 with reviewer reason and correction owner.

No silent metadata/build edit.

Review outcome

Detect rejection

Preserve rejection reason, screenshot reference, policy area, and next owner.

No deletion of failed evidence.

Review outcome

Detect approval signal

Route to future approval evidence gate for checker review.

No public availability claim.

Review outcome

Detect published/available label

Hold for public availability verification instead of assuming users can install.

No production activation.

Status states

Store labels FAEDA may record safely

SUBMITTED

Evidence indicates the package was submitted, but store review has not completed.

IN_REVIEW

Store review is active or waiting; FAEDA must not claim approval.

CHANGES_REQUIRED

Store requested metadata, policy, build, account, or evidence correction.

REJECTED

Store refused the submission; reason and policy area must be preserved.

APPROVED

Store appears to approve the app, but public availability still needs separate proof.

PUBLISHED_OR_AVAILABLE

Console may show production/public state; separate install-link verification is still required.

PAUSED_OR_WITHDRAWN

Release is no longer progressing; escalation and audit note required.

UNKNOWN_OR_CONFLICTED

Status is unclear, inconsistent, or unsupported by safe evidence.

Monitoring rules

How status updates stay clean

1Each status update must reference the Phase 251 submission evidence packet and the exact package version or build number.
2Every observed status change must create a new monitoring event instead of overwriting the original submission evidence.
3Screenshots, notes, and receipts must be masked before storage if they expose store-account emails, tokens, billing, or private identifiers.
4Approved is not equal to publicly downloadable; published is not equal to fully production-ready inside FAEDA.
5Rejected or changes-required status must preserve the store reason, policy category, affected artifact, owner, and target correction gate.
6Unknown status must stay unresolved until a permitted human checker provides safe non-secret evidence.
7No customer, shop, supplier, rider, wallet, payment, support, or onboarding runtime can be enabled from this monitoring gate.

Blocked automation

What this phase must not create

1Auto log in to Google Play, Apple, or any app-store console
2Auto call private store APIs, scrape dashboards, or store console session data
3Auto store passwords, OTPs, MFA prompts, cookies, API keys, signing keys, billing data, or private account identifiers
4Auto publish, roll out, pause, withdraw, resubmit, edit metadata, upload screenshots, or upload builds
5Auto treat submitted, in-review, approved, or published labels as proof of public launch readiness
6Auto send public announcements, push notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, emails, or support tickets
7Auto enable real customer accounts, supplier accounts, shop listings, orders, payment rails, wallets, payouts, ledgers, refunds, or partner callbacks
8Auto erase rejection or changes-required history after correction

Acceptance

Done means wired and safe

1Phase 251 links forward to Phase 252.
2Phase 252 defines store review status monitoring gate without runtime mutation.
3Phase 252 is wired into OS launcher, founder navigation, public scope lock, route cleanup, and main chain control room.
4Mobile render has no horizontal overflow.
5No /home backlinks are introduced.
6Runtime contact, account, onboarding, listing, order, payment, wallet, commission, export, and partner sync stay blocked.
