Capture workflow
Open the dashboard, workbench, or primary route from the correction item.
Route state is observed directly, not assumed from the build manifest.
Attach a screenshot name or future image reference for desktop and mobile if relevant.
The evidence packet points to visible UI proof.
Record exactly what is weak, fixed, blocked, or acceptable as preview-only.
A later developer can fix without guessing.
Confirm no page claims unapproved auth, wallet, payment, settlement, ledger, order, inventory, PO, GRN, or invoice truth.
Safety is reviewed separately from visual polish.
Mark pass, needs correction, accepted preview-only, blocked, or recheck after fix.
The item has a clear next move.
Decision states
Route renders, role is clear, mobile fit is acceptable, and boundaries are safe.
Route renders but copy, layout, labels, role context, or safety wording needs work.
The route is useful for demo but must clearly state it is preview or evidence-only.
Route should not be promoted because it risks privacy, finance, inventory, auth, or governance confusion.
A correction has been applied and the same route needs smoke testing again.

Do not upload files, store screenshots, write QA records, create tickets, run browser automation, create sessions, or mutate backend data here.
Screenshot references are placeholders until an approved storage/evidence module exists.
Evidence must not contain real CNIC, wallet, bank, customer private data, supplier secrets, or production credentials.
Next gate can define evidence storage and review permissions only after this desk is accepted.
