Business Pro Phase 245

Public Upload Package Final Review Gate

The assembled package now needs one last human review pass across product, QA, security, privacy, payment/legal, support, and founder scope. Passing this gate means the package can move to store-listing draft work, not public upload.

Phase rule

Final review before store work

Phase 245 designs the final review gate for the assembled public upload package only. It lets reviewers approve, reject, or send the package back before any store listing, Google submission, public hosting upload, production release build, account activation, payment activation, or runtime workflow exists. No real contact, CRM task, account creation, onboarding approval, listing activation, order, payment, wallet, commission, ledger, export, or partner sync is created in this phase.

Review outcome

Approve package for listing draft

Allow the package to move toward store-listing metadata draft work.

No app-store upload or public deploy.

Review outcome

Request package corrections

Return to Phase 244 assembly with exact missing or unsafe artifact notes.

No listing draft.

Review outcome

Reject final package

Keep candidate blocked until major safety, policy, or UX issues are fixed.

No workaround release.

Review outcome

Escalate regulated review

Payment, privacy, security, or legal concern requires specialist sign-off.

No founder-only bypass.

Reviewer lanes

Final package reviewers

Founder

Confirms FAEDA public story, launch risk, role boundaries, and go/no-go direction.

Product reviewer

Confirms the package explains customer, shop, supplier, manufacturer, rider, and founder/admin paths clearly.

QA reviewer

Confirms route evidence, mobile evidence, no /home drift, safe links, and visible blocked states.

Security reviewer

Confirms no secrets, unsafe admin routes, auth bypass claims, provider credentials, or private diagnostics are exposed.

Privacy reviewer

Confirms consent, data minimization, complaint flow, opt-out, and no sensitive field exposure.

Payment/legal reviewer

Confirms Upaisa/SBP partner wording, no fake wallet truth, no payout promise, no credit/loan promise, and no live payment claim.

Support reviewer

Confirms public support, complaint, feedback, and escalation paths are understandable.

Final review checklist

What must be reviewed one last time

1Every package artifact has owner, version, date, review state, and correction history.
2Public routes open and mobile 390px checks are current.
3The package includes screenshots or route evidence for first screen, role entry, source-to-sale demo, lead flow, complaint path, policy path, and founder safety board.
4All preview, demo, sandbox, partner-gated, and blocked labels are still visible.
5No public copy says FAEDA is an independent licensed wallet, bank, payout rail, job approval system, hospital authority, or government system.
6No route or screenshot exposes private data, OTP, CNIC, payment proof, phone/address details, medical content, internal secrets, or admin-only data.
7Known risks and deferred runtime systems are explicitly visible.
8Reviewers have either approved, rejected, or requested correction. Silent approval is not allowed.

Blocked automation

What this phase must not create

1Auto final-approve package
2Auto submit to Google or public hosting
3Auto create store listing metadata
4Auto produce production release build
5Auto bypass privacy/security/payment/legal review
6Auto hide reviewer disagreement
7Auto enable live accounts, onboarding, orders, payments, wallets, payouts, or partner callbacks
8Auto treat final review as public launch approval

Acceptance

Done means wired and safe

3Phase 245 is wired into OS launcher, founder navigation, public scope lock, route cleanup, and main chain control room.
4Mobile render has no horizontal overflow.
5No /home backlinks are introduced.
6Runtime contact, account, onboarding, listing, order, payment, wallet, commission, export, and partner sync stay blocked.
