Business Pro Phase 241

Post-Freeze Bugfix Control Gate

After Phase 240, FAEDA should behave like a release candidate: every change must be a verified fix, must name its evidence, must avoid feature drift, and must be reviewable by founder/QA/security where needed.

Phase rule

Only real fixes enter after freeze

Phase 241 designs the post-freeze bugfix control gate only. It decides which fixes may enter after the launch candidate is frozen, without reopening scope, adding features, publishing, deploying, or enabling runtime systems. No real contact, CRM task, account creation, onboarding approval, listing activation, order, payment, wallet, commission, ledger, export, or partner sync is created in this phase.

Review outcome

Approve safe bugfix

Allow a narrow fix for a verified route, text, mobile, privacy, security, or claim defect.

No new feature or hidden runtime.

Review outcome

Request evidence

Hold the fix until the issue has route, screenshot, console/build, QA note, or reviewer proof.

No guess-based change.

Review outcome

Escalate risky fix

Send legal, payment, privacy, security, auth, or data claim fixes to the right checker.

No founder-only shortcut.

Review outcome

Reject scope creep

Keep new modules, new flows, new dashboards, and new runtime ideas for the next release.

No post-freeze expansion.

Blocked automation

What this phase must not create

1Auto accept post-freeze changes
2Auto publish after bugfix
3Auto skip QA replay
4Auto convert feature request into fix
5Auto bypass legal/payment/privacy/security checker
6Auto hide known risk from founder board

Acceptance

Done means wired and safe

1Phase 240 links forward to Phase 241.
2Phase 241 defines post-freeze bugfix control gate without runtime mutation.
3Phase 241 is wired into OS launcher, founder navigation, public scope lock, route cleanup, and main chain control room.
4Mobile render has no horizontal overflow.
5No /home backlinks are introduced.
6Runtime contact, account, onboarding, listing, order, payment, wallet, commission, export, and partner sync stay blocked.
