Business Pro Phase 256

First Install Device Smoke QA Gate

A controlled install proves the store package can reach a device. It still does not prove app opening, login, permissions, backend runtime, role flows, orders, payments, support, or public rollout. FAEDA must record device, version, source, install result, and evidence before moving to first app-open smoke QA.

Phase rule

Install success is not app readiness

Phase 256 designs the first controlled device install smoke QA gate only. It records safe evidence that the approved public or tester-visible FAEDA package can be installed on approved test devices under the approved release track, country scope, version, and device matrix. It does not open the app for workflow testing, create accounts, request OTP, submit permissions, activate onboarding, enable orders, process payments, activate wallets, or claim production launch readiness. No real contact, CRM task, account creation, onboarding approval, listing activation, order, payment, wallet, commission, ledger, export, or partner sync is created in this phase.

Review outcome

Install succeeds on approved device

Record package, build, device, OS, store source, time, and masked evidence.

No app-open readiness claim.

Review outcome

Install blocked by region or track

Freeze the packet and return to availability or rollout scope review.

No geography workaround.

Review outcome

Install blocked by device compatibility

Route to device matrix/package review with safe evidence.

No unsupported-device promise.

Review outcome

Wrong package installs

Stop and return to approval, availability, and package identity gates.

No public install use.

Review outcome

Install succeeds but app not opened

Move only clean install evidence to Phase 257.

No account, OTP, onboarding, or permission prompts.

Install proof

What controlled device install must capture

Device identity

Device type, model family, OS version, network type, and tester class must be captured without storing private device secrets.

Store source

Google Play, App Store, TestFlight, closed test, open test, or approved public link must match Phase 255 availability evidence.

Package identity

Package name, bundle ID, icon, app name, version label, build number, and provider must match the approval packet.

Install result

Installed, blocked, unavailable, incompatible, pending, failed, or wrong package must be recorded as a QA result.

Scope match

Country, track, tester/public state, and release channel must match the founder-approved scope.

Evidence reference

Masked screenshot/video reference may prove install state but must not expose email, notifications, accounts, IMEI, device serial, phone number, tokens, or store sessions.

Checker decision

A checker confirms the install evidence is safe and linked to the correct release before Phase 257.

Next movement

Only app-open smoke QA may follow. No role journey, customer signup, order, payment, wallet, or field launch begins here.

Device controls

How install QA stays safe

1Install testing must use approved test devices or approved public verification devices, not random personal phones without evidence handling.
2Phase 256 must reference Phase 255 public availability evidence and Phase 254 store approval evidence.
3The tester must verify package identity before and after install where the platform allows it.
4Any screenshot, screen recording, or device evidence must mask private account email, phone number, notifications, device serial, advertising ID, IMEI, store account, and location details.
5Install success must not trigger backend runtime flags, public signup campaigns, field-team QR printing, WhatsApp blasts, or app-store promotional copy.
6If install succeeds on one device, FAEDA still cannot claim all-device readiness.
7If install fails, the failure remains evidence. It must not be erased, hidden, or overwritten by a later pass.
8If the app auto-opens after install, evidence must stop at install/open boundary and route to Phase 257 for controlled app-open review.

Blocked automation

What this phase must not create

1Auto open the installed app, sign in, create accounts, submit OTP, request permissions, enable location, scan QR, or accept runtime prompts
2Auto activate customer, shopkeeper, supplier, manufacturer, rider, admin, founder, freelancer, partner, or support accounts
3Auto enable onboarding, role profiles, listings, orders, payments, wallets, ledgers, payouts, refunds, support tickets, partner callbacks, or field-team campaigns
4Auto claim install success means app-open success, login success, backend success, role-flow success, payment readiness, wallet readiness, support readiness, or public launch readiness
5Auto store device serials, IMEI, advertising IDs, private phone number, personal email, notifications, location, store account, cookies, tokens, passwords, OTP, MFA, or billing data
6Auto use unapproved devices, regions, release tracks, private tester links, or personal accounts to bypass the approved availability scope
7Auto delete failed install evidence, overwrite failed evidence with a later pass, or hide compatibility failures
8Auto start public marketing, QR posters, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, media announcement, or nationwide field activation

Acceptance

Done means wired and safe

1Phase 255 links forward to Phase 256.
2Phase 256 defines first install device smoke qa gate without runtime mutation.
3Phase 256 is wired into OS launcher, founder navigation, public scope lock, route cleanup, and main chain control room.
4Mobile render has no horizontal overflow.
5No /home backlinks are introduced.
6Runtime contact, account, onboarding, listing, order, payment, wallet, commission, export, and partner sync stay blocked.
