The first authenticated shell must behave like a guarded frame around future role-specific work. It may show safe navigation, pending setup, limited account state, and help exits, but it must not pretend the user has approved roles, live shop powers, wallet powers, payment powers, order powers, or founder/admin authority.

Phase 263 designs the authenticated shell boundary QA gate only. It records whether a future FAEDA post-session shell is visibly safe, scoped, honest, role-aware, privacy-safe, and separated from live customer, shopkeeper, supplier, manufacturer, rider, FAEDA Team, partner, founder, admin, wallet, payment, order, listing, payout, and support powers. It does not open authenticated dashboards, fetch private records, select roles, activate modules, create profiles, create orders, process payments, activate wallets, update settings, or claim production launch readiness. No real contact, CRM task, account creation, onboarding approval, listing activation, order, payment, wallet, commission, ledger, export, or partner sync is created in this phase.

What authenticated shell QA must capture

Evidence chain

The shell packet must reference Phase 262 session boundary evidence, Phase 261 OTP verification evidence, and Phase 260 OTP request evidence.

Frame identity

Header, product name, environment label, candidate version, account state, and safe logout/back paths must be identified without acting.

Scope clarity

The shell must say whether the user is pending, limited, demo, verified-contact only, approved user, or unavailable.

Navigation safety

Links and tabs must not expose private customer, shop, supplier, rider, payment, wallet, founder, or admin areas before approval.

Role status

Customer, shopkeeper, supplier, manufacturer, rider, FAEDA Team, partner, founder, and admin paths must show clear approval boundaries.

Empty states

No-orders, no-wallet, no-shop, no-role, no-support, and no-notification states must be honest and not fake operational activity.

Sensitive data

The shell must not display full phone, email, CNIC, address, bank, wallet, order, payout, token, cookie, or support data in this gate.

Evidence masking

Screenshots must hide account identifiers, contact values, session hints, notification contents, private records, and browser account state.

How authenticated shell stays safe

1The tester must not click dashboard actions, role cards, module tiles, account settings, wallet, payments, support, orders, listings, QR, scan, upload, invite, or admin controls.

2The shell must not present pending users as approved customers, approved shops, approved suppliers, approved manufacturers, approved riders, FAEDA Team members, partners, founders, or admins.

3Visible navigation must be treated as future routing evidence only; it does not prove backend permissions, data access, session safety, or runtime readiness.

4Role dashboards must stay locked, disabled, unavailable, or separately approval-gated until their role-specific runtime gates pass.

5Wallet, payments, payouts, credit, bank, Upaisa/SBP rail, partner settlement, or ledger language must remain evidence-gated and not act like a user balance.

6Any notification badge, order count, earnings count, store count, or approval count must be marked demo, empty, pending, or unavailable unless backed by real approved data.

7Founder/admin entry must not be reachable through a public shell without a protected admin boundary and permission review.

8A safe authenticated shell does not prove role routing, RBAC enforcement, profile completion, order access, wallet access, payment access, support access, or public upload readiness.
