Conflict rules

When retry must pause

If customer already changed/cancelled request, offline draft must go to conflict review.
If price/stock changed after offline capture, seller must refresh before customer sees anything.
If payment, wallet, COD, or partner proof is mentioned offline, payment ops gate must review it.
If pharmacy/health item is involved, offline note cannot advise medicine use or substitute treatment.
If two staff members draft conflicting replies, owner or FAEDA Team must choose before retry.
If device clock or location looks suspicious, sync stays held for evidence review.

Boundary locks

Offline cannot finalize

Offline Mode stores local seller drafts/evidence only.
Offline retry cannot send a customer message without backend confirmation.
Offline retry cannot create final quote, customer decision, order confirmation, stock reservation, inventory movement, dispatch, payment, wallet, ledger, payout, settlement, refund, replacement, trust score, or public ranking.
Offline packets must be replayed through the same online gates that normal seller actions use.
Private customer phone, address, wallet, family details, and admin notes remain hidden while offline.
Local records are not accounting truth, inventory truth, payment truth, or delivery truth.
