This gate turns the accepted seller response candidate into a customer/provider-visible order draft with source, seller, items, price candidate, delivery preference, proof, and expiry.

It cannot confirm an order, reserve stock, move inventory, dispatch a rider, create invoice, post ledger, move wallet/payment, or release payout.
